What we collect

When you ask for the free guide or buy the Reset, we receive your name (if you give it) and email address. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. If you message us on Instagram, our messaging tool (ManyChat) stores that conversation.

How we use it

To send you what you asked for, a few follow-up emails about sleep and our products, and receipts. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run this: PayPal and our email provider and our messaging tool. We don't sell your data.

Reply to your PayPal receipt or message the seller through PayPal, and we'll answer within two business days. The seller is an independent creator based in Ukraine.
